We were welcomed by Ramone, in used car sales, who made us very comfortable in viewing some of his choice vehicles. My first choice was unsuitable, and Ramone was very intuitive as to my likes and listened to my concerns and needs.I ended up with the best car I could have gotten for my growing family, the 2005 Toyota Highlander limited seats 7, AWD, had 115k and they were flexible on some of the charges, but $299 theft deterrent?!Also the front tires were balding on the inside, no tread for a good 2 or 3 inches diameter, so after the issue was addressed the general manager appeased us partially. I think overall they were fair, but would have liked to have the record of work done to the vehicle while it was there. $599 prep fee.They are willing to work with you and helpful to suiting your needs. No warranty, but Thank God I may not need it!
