They sold me a car with a dead battery. I was stranded on the side of the road 3 days after I bought the car. Even jumping it wouldn't start the car the battery was so dead. I called them for help and they would not say whether or not they would cover any of the expenses. They knew the battery was bad as they likely jumped started the car for me to test drive it. The people in the service department on 7/8/2022 need some serious customer service training. Phil Russo and Nico (not sure Nico is even his name since he stormed off before I could ask) are rude, arrogant, and incompetent individuals. I would NEVER recommend this service center.
I went in for a simple battery replacement (covered 100% under Honda warranty) for my defective 24month old battery. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The dealer was unwilling to do a virtual tour of the vehicle. They advertised this option but could not follow through. Received several emails asking how the service was but I suspect that this was a bot. Too bad they had the car and I was willing to buy.

We were a little nervous going in to lease a car as we knew the market is at a point where prices are up and inventory was low. When we were informed of a new 2021 accord was available to lease we wanted to check it out. David was very helpful and informative and made us feel at ease with our decisions. I did arrived and we went straight to the deal and close in not even half hour, very smooth transaction, the sales guy and the finance manager were very nice guys, besides all the other reviews I did see, my deal thanks GOD was very good , definitely I will come back for my next Ridgeline. This is my second car purchase with David at VIP. Each time it was hassle free. He is honest and provides you all options up front. I highly recommend him! I wasn’t sure how my experience would be during COVID. VIP Honda is clean, checks your temperature and have you complete a survey. Everyone inside had on mask and some wore gloves. It has taken over 3 months to get my title from them and I still have not received it. They do not reply to emails, calls, or voicemails. The sales associate I worked with to buy the vehicle has been very rude including leaving me voicemails calling me a liar. Would never buy from this dealership again.

Dealer Finance department charged me a pretty penny for a 3rd party complete vehicle coverage extended warranty. AC doesn't work. Dealer is asking for a diagnostic fee and stating the warranty will not cover the repair. Horrible Customer Service. Stay AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF.
